About
The BKK Sea Ranger+ is a series of high-strength assist hooks designed for trophy saltwater fishing and rigging small lures, manufactured by the globally renowned brand BKK. These hooks are crafted from a strong yet lightweight alloy to enhance the mobility of the rig. Their surface is coated with Bright Tin, making the hooks slick and enabling more confident hook penetration. This coating also grants the hooks durability and complete protection from corrosion during constant exposure to saltwater.
The hooks maintain excellent sharpness even after catching several fish, thanks to high-quality sharpening. The well-designed hook shape with the bend of the point inward also contributes to secure trophy retention. The barbs on the hooks allow for confident control of the fish and help mitigate errors during the landing process. The shimmering lurex fibres additionally attract fish and stabilise the hooks.
The Sea Ranger+ hooks are rigged onto lures using the strong and supple BKK Assist Cord material. The series is available in seven hook sizes with incredibly strong leader material, offering a breaking strength ranging from 20 to 65 kilograms.
