User Agreement
1. General Provisions
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the use of the website https://anglermania.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by Anglermania Trading Ltd., a company duly registered in the Republic of Cyprus (the “Administration”). The Website is accessible to users located in Cyprus, Greece, and Italy.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Website, the user agrees to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not accept any of these terms, you must refrain from using the Website.
3. Terms of Use

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and, where applicable, the laws and regulations of the European Union, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable EU consumer protection and e-commerce directives.
In case of conflict between local law and mandatory EU law provisions, the latter shall prevail.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the user’s country of residence within the European Union.

9. Language
This Agreement is published in English. Where translations exist, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistencies or interpretative disputes.
