This is the single assist model of the Decoy Pike AS-03, which can now be described as an unwavering staple in the realm of light tackle jigging. This model is assembled using the original Reflection Blade line, meticulously designed to harness the optimum performance of the Pike due to its perfect suppleness.
Adopting the same Reflection Blade line as the "Middle Pike DJ-78", this version of the "Pike" is characterised by its extended setting in the single assist model. Compatible with various weight class jigs, including long series jigs. By lengthening the line, hooking performance is enhanced, especially when used with the slim and lightweight Pike. After hooking, it ensures a secure hold on the target. There's also the added benefit of slightly reduced snagging on underwater structures, among other advantages.
This versatile assist hook is ideal for slow jigging targeting bottom-dwelling fish and can also be paired with iron long jigs, showcasing its adaptability in various situations.
